Welcome to LUMAZOOM. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the LUMAZOOM website, as well as purchases made through our online store. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Product Orders
Orders placed through the LUMAZOOM website are subject to product availability and acceptance by LUMAZOOM.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline an order, or cancel a transaction when necessary, including situations involving inventory shortages, inaccurate product information, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, or other circumstances that prevent us from properly completing the order.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.
3. Shipping
LUMAZOOM currently offers shipping within the United States and may offer delivery to U.S. territories and other destinations as indicated during checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside the control of LUMAZOOM, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, or other unforeseen events.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. LUMAZOOM is not responsible for additional costs or delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Because displays and monitors can reproduce colors differently, the actual appearance of a product may vary slightly from the images shown online.

5. Limited Product Warranty
Unless a different warranty is specifically stated for a particular product, LUMAZOOM products are covered by a one-year limited warranty beginning on the original date of purchase.

Products must be used for their intended purpose and according to the instructions and safety information supplied by LUMAZOOM.
Opening, modifying, or attempting to repair a product without authorization may void the applicable warranty.
7. Batteries and Consumable Components
Certain LUMAZOOM products may include batteries or other components that naturally deteriorate through normal use.
Battery performance and operating life can vary based on usage frequency, charging methods, storage, temperature, and other environmental factors.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, normal battery depletion is not considered a product defect.
Customers should follow the charging, storage, handling, and disposal recommendations provided with the product.
8. Warranty Claims
Before sending a product to LUMAZOOM for warranty evaluation, customers should contact customer service and obtain any required return instructions or authorization.
When submitting a warranty claim, customers may be asked to provide the order number, purchase receipt, product information, photographs, or a description of the issue.
After receiving the product, LUMAZOOM will evaluate the reported problem and determine whether it falls within the applicable warranty.
If the issue is determined to be outside warranty coverage, the customer may be responsible for applicable shipping or service charges.
9. Returns
LUMAZOOM accepts eligible product returns within 14 days of the original purchase date, unless a different return period is specifically stated for the product.
Returned merchandise must be received in new, unused, and resalable condition. Products should include the original packaging, manuals, accessories, documentation, and any other items supplied with the purchase.
Products showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or improper handling may not qualify for a full refund.
LUMAZOOM reserves the right to reduce a refund or decline a return when merchandise is returned incomplete, damaged, used, or otherwise does not meet the return requirements.
10. Return Shipping
Unless the return is the result of an error made by LUMAZOOM or an approved warranty issue, the customer is responsible for the cost of sending merchandise back to LUMAZOOM.
We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and delivery confirmation. LUMAZOOM cannot be responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged while being returned by the customer.
11. Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, LUMAZOOM will process the applicable refund.
Refunds are generally credited to the payment method originally used for the transaction.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by LUMAZOOM or otherwise required by applicable law.
Depending on the payment provider or financial institution, additional processing time may be required before the refunded amount appears in the customer's account.
Discounts, promotional offers, coupon codes, and other purchase incentives may affect the final refund amount.
